Documentation

The PDF Page Rotate tool adjusts PDF page orientation locally in your browser. After uploading a file, you can preview page thumbnails, rotate individual pages, apply standard or custom-angle rotation to all pages or a page range, and export a new PDF.

Main Features

  • Upload one PDF file and read the total page count.
  • Render thumbnail previews for PDF pages.
  • Rotate individual pages left, right, enter a custom angle, or reset a page.
  • Apply 90°, 180°, 270°, or any custom angle to all pages or selected page ranges.
  • Generate and download a new PDF locally without uploading files.

How to Use

  1. Choose a PDF from the upload area, or drag a PDF into it.
  2. Adjust pages from the preview grid, or enter a page angle directly.
  3. To rotate only selected pages, choose page range and enter page numbers.
  4. Confirm that at least one page has a rotation setting, then generate the PDF.
  5. Download the new PDF after processing completes.

Use Cases

  • Correct scanned pages with the wrong orientation.
  • Fix mixed portrait and landscape pages in contracts, invoices, or forms.
  • Prepare PDF documents before submission.
  • Adjust page rotation while keeping the original document content.

Notes

  • Encrypted PDFs may need to be decrypted before processing.
  • Files are processed in the browser, and current changes are not kept after refreshing the page.
  • 90° rotations are written as page orientation. Non-90° custom rotations are redrawn into a new page size, so complex forms, signatures, or advanced PDF structures may depend on browser PDF library support.
